We are booked for the Social. I thought that as i had started this thread last year Me & Mrs 666 really should turn up & show our faces, so we are. Really looking forward to meeting up with those of you who contribute to the Forum & having a Great weekend.

There is now over a 100 members of the Forum & i know a large amount of people are interested in the whole Demountable concept & maybe it might be for them in the future but how many actually are owners? I reckon maybe 40, so on that reckoning is there the possibility of the Social making 20 Demountables all in the same place at the same time? I'm going to say Yes.

But Please, NO straight lines! even if it's for PR. It would send out the wrong image.

In my excitement of posting that we were booked for the Social,
I should have mentioned that Michelle, who took my booking, says that there are now only three hardstandings with EHU left. So if that's what you need, get yourself booked in asap. Three'ish months to go, I can't wait.

Fingers crossed for great weather.

I've just left them a message trying to book us wannabe interlopers in too.

I'll update the list tomorrow as soon as I hear back or call again and see if they can squeeze us in.

I got a reply from them 10 mins before you posted that telling me the normal field of hardstandings and EHUs was full but we could stay behind one of the barns and EHU was available so we've gone for it and are booked in Friday till Monday.

It probably works out better for the aerial group shot that our old 'van is out of view anyway - ha ha.

Now just to get the time off work, looking forward to meeting you all!

Well not really camper yet, the dreaded c******, an older Rapido pop top, so quirky enough we can probably get away with it ;) It has certainly earned it's keep being dragged round the wilds of Scotland last few years.

Really keen to have a look at some of your rig's, so far we've only seen a Northstar as we happened to be passing their base in Lincs. Certainly seems the best of all worlds, we need a decent tow car anyway for a car trailer and I am sure we'd get away more if the truck and camper were loaded on the drive ready to go on the weekends.

OK so you're all in the loop,
our aerial drone film-makers 'Nige & Cal' will be capturing the event during saturday late afternoon, they find best results are obtained in late sun light of the afternoon,
then they'll take away footage and edit into a ten minute film so you've all been part of history here in the UK :D
