OK so I've watched a lot of TV this last week I'll admit so I'm totally up on the fact I need a new bed/Sofa/all oak furniture,
Dog charities want my money as well, but then saw the new stannah stair lift ad together with hoookline

"Intuitive control system"

Might be missing the point here but intuition in something so blatantly simple is a bit of artistic licence

your downstairs>so your going up
upstairs> your going down right

Perhaps there is a huge arrow for up and a huge arrow for down, that should make it quite 'intuitive' or subliminal even, in a, smack you in the face with a wet kipper, sort of way?

'Good' thought yes I suppose could be described as intuitive, I straitghtaway thought of the elevators in Hitchikers guide to the galaxy where they briefly experimented with going sideways
