Aberdeen; Hilux & Northstar camper £20,000 (poss split)

I'm selling my Northstar. (Not sure of the model). I think the year is 2005 / 2006. I'm preferably not selling the Hilux (2011 3.0 Invincible w/ 53k miles) but would consider it if no interest in the Camper on it's own.
Had it for 2 years. Last year it was not out at all. I'm selling due to old age creeping up on me too quickly.
I changed the Seating Foam and the mattress when I got it so they have had a max of a months use so pretty much brand new. The mattress has an Anti-Condensation underlay that I bought. I put in the Cello TV.
It has a 4 Ring Hob with Oven, Fridge and Truma Heating, there is a 100W Solar Panel fitted.
The Toilet Room has a shower but I never used it as it is a bit cramped and to be honest a bit of a pain when everything is wet.
There is a Sunncamp Envy 200 Awning that I have never put up. (Too windy on my trips away).
One small negative is that there was a slight leak on the window above the bed during the winter. (The leak was not enough to damage the mattress as the water gathered in the blind.) I bought a Damp Meter and drilled small holes for the meter probes so I could check if the frame was damp and attach photos of the meter readings and a guideline I found.
I'm looking for £7,000 for the Camper. If I had to sell the Hilux with it I would be after £20,000 for both. (No VAT on the Hilux).
