I would love to come but I work all day Saturday and Sunday.

Oh Dear, can you not swing it with plenty of notice ?
We are talking 5-6months time

I am currently flexible on all of the dates. Won't be able to take a Friday off on any of them, but happy just to turn up Saturday afternoon and leave on Sunday afternoon.
