That's got one big rear overhang and I wouldn't fancy getting the bikes on and off the rack.

"That's got one big rear overhang " - certainly exceeds 60% of the wheelbase which I believe is the legal max!

Was hoping you'd seen it.
The overhang is pretty impressive, the last I saw like that had another axle installed,
It's on sale In Holland about now.

As for the make, it certainly looks unlike any that I've seen so far,

Did anyone else make one they 'called' the Northstar do you remember?

Hmmm,
I was hoping (like other seller's) he might offer a link to us to whoever buys it, but I can't enquire further as I've had no word back on that yet,


How about a European manufacturer (Knauss prototype)

My guess it's a one-off build by a small UK manufacturer (Upholstery looks very 80s / early 90s UK) but it's odd that there's no branding of any sort on the outside. Maybe even a home build?
