Just been doing a search for a campsite with a pub for next weekend & found this place in Derbyshire.
It's only 2 acres & has all the facilities that we'd be looking for, with a decent small menu that appears to be very competitively priced
Showers, WC, Hookup, dogs & campfires
The camping fees are only £5 per head per night.
We could ask a couple of questions on exclusive availability if we could get the numbers
So who's up for it next May / June

We'll only be going if the weather is decent, as we plan to do a bit of walking.

Excuses Excuses........I've no plans to wrap mine up in 'cotton wool' this winter, as we're going to be using it.
We're planning on visiting a few Pubs with campsites & wandering around their surrounding areas
It's be used for a couple of weekends & a 2week whistle stop tour up North.
So it needs to earn it's keep

This year caught us out honest,
after the fairly dismal couple of wet summers lately October came around & I packed everything up, then it went warm of course people began talking about camping throughout the 'Winter'
Rich C has gone off to the West country for a fortnight and it occurred I may have been a little hasty
Next year the overland show, possibly a couple of smaller shows to attend
it'll be different you'll see

So far we're 'in', although 2015 diary already filling rapidly. Red Rooster 5th-7th June

Highly recommended BTW if you like 'boutique festivals' or whatever the latest middle class fad name for this kind of gig is..
I know Winster a little, used to camp in that area in my younger years on a motorcycle.. It's all rather nice.
The landlord of the Monsall Head hotel not so far from there used to go to bed and leave us all in the bar. 'Leave the money in a tin and last one out lock up'. Bet that doesn't happen now

Let's keep this thread going & I'll find out any additional info if & when we go next weekend.
Looking forward to it already .......... Especially the Large Mixed Grill
