Think I'd take the original along to a car factor or garage as many make up their own pipes and give them a fiver to make me one up

Try a hydrolics shop they may have all sorts of pipe and fittings good luck

I have tried plumbers supplies , hydraulic hose manufactures and gas appliance supplies . No luck.
I think this is the one on Ebay and at £11 plus post is quite reasonable ( a fiver would have been better ) . I have emailed the seller to check.

New part ordered from Ebay USA 191745735373 . Water Heater Thermocouple Pilot Burner Assembly . This fits Suburban boiler SW3P . Part number 161156 .
