I know what tyres are on it, but it wasn't a straightforward tyre swap, so I'm going to hand over to my other half, who will fill you in on the details......

I am using Cooper Discoverer Maxx S/T - 265/75 R16 AT as these have a higher loading rating than the B F Goodrich equivalents.
To enable this I raised the suspension two inches ( the standard tyres have a diameter of 28" the new ones 32").
So a 4" lift overall.
Also we had new steel wheels with less offset. Just putting wider tyres on standard rims makes them wider in both directions, out from the vehicle and inwards, increasing the chance of rubbing under the front wheel arch at full lock.
Reducing the standard offset means the wider tyres don't come any closer to the wheel arches than a standard tyre -- but you do get a wider track and then need wheel arch extensions to be road legal.
Raised suspension, new wheels and tyres, wheel arch extensions all professionally fitted doesn't give you much change from £4k. Paul at West Coast Off Road was very knowledgeable and helpful - visit their website and give him a ring.

Sorry for the long explanation, you may already know all this, I have just had to work it all out for myself!
