Forum issue?

Quite a lot of the time when loading the forum, or switching between forums / links on here, you get a holding page with lots of spam links loading up instead.

You have to keep refreshing for the actual page to load up.

Been like it a while now - what’s going on?

I'd like to take that up with web hosting Co

Update,
Ionos support have found an issue today after I contacted them again on this,
comments here, the screeenshot and I asked a local IT to look site over and who suspected it a hosting issue.

Its too late to add a poll here to ask, but if it persists your end could you let me know, and (if possible) what page you were reading immediately before failing to load the next,
it can be looked at a bit more closely
