It could be Watling tow bars.

I have sent them an enquiry to ask the question.

I was told by Golum at NSR when I bought my Skarrosser from him, that if you have 1.5m A-frame then you "should be OK". I haven't yet done the measurements to confirm this though.

I've just reread this thread and realised that I was leading in the wrong direction. For my small camping type trailer, I planned to extend the trailers towing neck rather than the trucks towbar.
That will mean less sideways stress on he trucks towbar.
ThIs wouldn't work on a large trailer like Ricards horse box.

The watling engineers have said a big no to extending the towbar due to stress

That one's American.. So it's bound to be bigger than it needs to be.

There's no way I'd use anything like that,
presumably the overhang on something like a 'lance' camper means that towbar is the logical solution

So tried hooking trailer to demountable as no other solution found as towbar extension is not perfect, - to my surprise there is good clearance in all directions, - done 20km back road today before long journey tomorrow 500km,

Looks evenly weighted and plenty of space for trailer to move about during turns
