I have that very thing. Use it to move trailers etc. I wouldn't trust it for something as heavy as a small tractor. Try mine first before you buy one

Avoid Chinese the metal is not the best holding it all together and the cable liable to kink,
but heavier than you (think) need

Have used Tirfor winches for moving boats, pulling down trees and all sorts. They have the advantage that they grip the wire and move along it without coiling it up. They come in all sorts of sizes. Very tough and reliable (but heavy).
