Hi Bikerden & Welcome to the DCG Forum
Can you be more specific.
How about your budget as a starter, that's a good place to begin.

Hello Bikerden, yes budget would be a start certainly, though we don't sell anything here ourselves you'll need to keep watching the sales thread
campers appear here in UK though daily on Continent if you're prepared to travel

Re: Demountable wanted
I am also looking for a demountable to go on a current generation Nisan Navara double cab with airbag suspension.
Looking for second bed, formed from facing seats.
Shower, toilet, heater, water heater.
Most importantly no damp
Travelled to see a number on eBay and all had damp problems to some degree.
Budget c £10k for the right camper.
Hartley & Menna

Re: Demountable wanted
Good evening, shopping list is reasonable, avoid Apollo for the reason you mention, watch our sales thread instead for UK manufactured Ranger campers, or used Tischer or Northstar,
If you are confident buying in Europe the market is much bigger other than that follow gumtree,eBay,autotrader or done deal in Ireland
(On that note have you sen the pop top Northstar in Dublin.)?

Re: Demountable wanted
Thanks for advice.
Picked up a dry Ranger in Ipswich well within our budget so able to spend something to modernise.
Removing on bed microwave, resulting in 6ft x 6ft3" bed ie two regular single mattresses.
New battery charging system as Navara has Euro 6 smart alternator and two 110 AHr batteries.
Underslung LPG tank as only space in locker for one 4.5kg calor bottle.
Leaked round edge of windows in heavy rain, found external rubber seals to body perished and windows incorrectly installed with no mastic, something others might like to check for.
No sure how high jacks can go, seen some posts on them failing, need to extend a long way (900mm) to clear roof bars on Navara, probably put some blocks under legs in future as wobbly when extended that far!

Think those roof bars have been mentioned before on Nissan, think there was a picture of someone that had removed them so the camper fitted more snugly
