Hi there glad you are enjoying the site
Just had a look back over last few months sales for that Tischer model and as expected there haven't been any
(or at least here in UK.
Guess it's got to be that 245 for VW doesn't it!
If you have to have one it means a trip to either France or Germany in all likelihood as they have by far a greater number still in use.

Our own Gary Warr here on site had a hand in importing both models into UK during 80s. And you might like to contact Him via their advert at head of page
(simply brilliantstuff)
However the very next one I see has your name on it I promise :)
Check out our facebook group their a good deal more cynical

Hi Andy

If you PM me your address I'll happily send you copies of original brochures and magazine road test. We used a 2.1 injected syncro as a base for the magazine tests. They loved it. Not surprising really, in my opinion that was one of the best demountable combinations ever. The Tischer wasn't overweight for the truck, the layout was comfortable & practical, and because the truck's axle was well placed it carried it really well. We sold quite a few here but I think rot has probably got the better of most of them by now. If you can find one that's spent it's life under cover (which some German and Swiss ones seems to have done) it will be worth the wait though, you'll be very happy with it.

Best wishes

Gary
