I'm guessing the reticence here is probably age based, however yes I remember him, he was from that dark tea time of the soul in Television laughingly referred to as "the good old days" :D

It was Mike Yarwood that to me defines that 'Golden age' of TV.
Looking back it was especially magical the fact he always introduced the charactors he was about to mimic just in case it wasn't especially good at them.
