Welcome to the goup.

I use 265 75 16 BFG AT's on my truck and think they are a really good balance between on-road and off-road performance. They're reasonable for mpg and longevity too. A friend drove to Australia a couple of years ago on the same type and didn't have one puncture (in five years I haven't either - though that's probably now the kiss of death).

Expensive, yes but they are dammed good and last a long time.

Yes I've had the BFG's on a variety of Toyota's over last decade and never yet had a puncture, as you asked though I always carry a spare (force of habit) so i'm insured on that one at least
