Called a locksmith this morning & yep your right without the key it cannot be done. Toyota did say that but I did not believe them as I took it there a while ago for injectors to be done they wanted £1800 after a diagnostic check loads a money again picked it up from them the next morning it run for a bit then spotted that some how the fuel filter had come loose strange that had to hand prime to get it to run. I eventually found a company for the injectors on the net did it for £450.
The company I found on the net for the key are coming out Monday & charging me £420 I will look after it as if it were gold from now on.
The Toyota seems to be a little unlucky for me since buying it might go back to an early Isuzu if I can find a good one had two in the past they were great but not sure if it would carry the camper might have to decided whether to sell as a package Toyota plus camper then start again from scratch
Thanks for the help with it all

The locksmith sorted it out yesterday he had to get the transponder box out & rechip it. Thought he had caused another problem last night as the four wheel drive light was flashing on & off realised he had switched the diff lock on when he put it all back together.

Keep getting offers on both but no one coming forward with the cash as yet so put the camper on it`s own & left the them both on another add see what happens. I did see the Dutchman on there had no luck either.

Went to see a crewcab 35cwt ducato tipper on 08 plate the other day the Dutchman would fit that. The hydraulic ram could be turned around to make it roll on roll off so much easier to load it. There is also a vw ex aa truck on e bay that would make a good project using the dolly as the wheels for the camper. Make the workshop bit of the vw demount then make a fifth wheel type camper you place the dolly under. The workshop part I could use as a demountable tool box for work.

I have decided that if I sell the camper I will make my next one & post the build on here.
