Which one ?
Which one ?
Good morning all
I have joined this forum in search of advice .I have had several vans over the years , mainly VW size. Of course I always want something bigger , without it being bigger ! I have been considering a demountable for some time . My main concern is my partner . She suffers from a bad back and also has to get up in the night several times for the loo. She has a lot of trouble doing a three point turn in bed to get out . I am wondering if we could make a demountable work. I live in Wolverhampton , is there someone in the west mids with a van we could have a look at for size ? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks Zildjian
which setup do you have ? I should have added I would need a double cab pickup.

Currently a Hilux crewcab 2008 with an NSR or (Skarroser) EC6L camper,
It's off on the drive just now but come and take a look, I can show you the drill, and you can take a look at the bedding see how accessible it will be,

Re: Which one ?
You would be at least the forth member to move directly from VW sized camper to demountable. One advantage of demountable is that the bed is easily accessible, unlike overcab motorhomes that need an awkward to use ladder. Plus you have a small but useable loo onboard without nocturnal trips to the shower block.

Re: Which one ?
Yes, route well travelled into demount-world that ready made bed is very welcome at end of day.
Re: Which one ?
so they are almost all designed for crewcabs these days, it mainly comes down to price/availablity in UK
as you mentioned, Apollo are prominent, made in Lancashire they offer a typical design shared with Ranger (lancashire also)
failing that for UK its Niche marketing for Northstar imports
or fellow member 'NSR' in Camarthen for Tischer imports Germany.
If your prepared to travel our sales thread here daily throws up alerts for campers in France/Germany just now,
anyway come and visit when you have time and look ours over
