Ok I have sent a pic of Daisy and her inside too :)
I am not sure if it can actually be demounted easily as it is bolted to the frame of pick up and no bed has been left in place so probably not.
I sometimes have my skye terrier with me and have a 17yr old son who is off to uni in September.
I have a vango tent canopy which i attach to rear of Daisy by the awning channel and intend making a sun canopy at some point for the side awning rail.
I don't think i will bother with attaching solar panel to roof but keep it mobile . I only need it to keep the leisure battery topped up as i don't have a split charge unit and like to keep things simple.

well in that case you might get away with a suitcase arrangement,
literally in a suitcase you fold it open and point it skyward, hook it up directly with crocodile clips to battery then just put it away again after,
can you reach LB easily?

zildjian thats is what i thought and bought a small suitcase panel and each time i came home plugged it in on drive but it didn't top up battery but obviously havent tried it on a good battery as mine needs replacing.

Derestrictor I don't have any heating in her but through winter when on drive i plug her into house and have a tube heater inside just to protect fabrics and furnishings from damp and mould really.

She is my only vehicle so is used regularly.

sensible to add a cheap heater over worst weather, an oil filled rad costs pennies daily to leave on low and its best Poppi to not let a leisure battery go flat either, they don't like it
and in my case its not only the expense, its a devil of a job to swap it too

Is yours a pain to swap because of that bulkhead on the SKarosser? I lopped 15mm off the bottom with a jigsaw, remove water pipe too (if tank empty!) and out it slides.

There's not room to lift it out one end first in any way, a seat base has to come out and dismantle that step that peaky mended on his too

Poppi, I had a look at your FB page, https://www.facebook.com/PoppisUpholstery?fref=ts

would you like to put a few of your images in here and a note on what you can do ?

think it might be of interest to others here,
let me know and we'll start a thread on it and Peaky can add you to our links page too
