Hello from Swindon.

Hello All,

Firstly, many thanks to zildjian for pointing me to here.

Its great to find some fellow demountable enthusiasts.

We have an S Karosser EC6L and a Ford Ranger.

The camper was purchased in 2006 from Golum and Vanessa at {censored promotion}. Sadly I think they have ceased trading. They looked after us superbly well.

Our truck is the second vehicle we have had.

I will tell the story of our first truck another time, it was a Nissan Navarra.
Its a tale of failed air suspension and an un-seen speed bump.

Anyway, this is just a quick hello, as for the first time in ages, we are soon to be off for a long weekend. :D

Another welcome here, and another S.Karosser EC6 owner (I removed all the NSR & Leisure Campers decals as they were no longer relevant) also bought from Golum, but a used model - private sale after he ceased trading as NSR.

Navara problems? D22 and sweeping the bottom bit of the engine off the road I guess. :(

We're a happy and helpful bunch here and find that sharing our and experiences and problems can be quite useful (Sounds A bit like some odd church doesn't it) - we'll there's nowhere else to go is there ;) Here endeth the first lesson..

Your're not too far from Newbury are you... Zildjian and Andy will be at the Overland show next weekend.

Hi and welcome. I've got one of the few Northstars on here. I just got mine recently after toying with the idea of a Bimobil. £70,000+ was a bit much after consideration.

Hi from Sunny Bolton,

I'm also an Skarosser owner which I to got from Golum. It's a little different from the other run of the mill EC6's :P

Hello All,

Many thanks for the warm welcome, sorry its been so long in coming back here, weeks are flying by at the moment.

I'll start a new topic about the Navarra D22, The engine was Ok, we managed the break the chassis

I'll have a read through the various topics here before asking some questions, as there are a few things I could do with some advice about.
