Apollo Demountable
Hi, I'm new to the site and was wondering if anyone knows if an Apollo Demountable not sure of year but looks ealier than 2008(its made for a double cab) will fit my 2011 Navara outlaw V6. It has roof bars and a load liner. Thanks

What does YHM mean?
Its just that there is an Apollo that falls within my budget

'you have mail' and beware Apollo's that fall within your budget, unless budget includes extensive repair back at Apollo in Lancashire.
Its not to say they can't be tackled with reasonable DIY skills but need to be gone into fully aware what to expect not bid on ebay and only see what you've landed yourself with when you hand over the cash

typically all the rear wall and floor rot out so be prepared to strip out either interior or exterior and renew the wooden frame.
Powered legs can get bent/buckled in missuse, more likely don't work as motors have failed, they are available new I think they were Seat convertible top motors don't quote me, either way they can be refurbed but its all time and expense and often bettert just wait for something beter to come along

Hi Gary, have you checked out Rocket-mans Apollo shower problems on another thread?
As has been mentioned a lot, these De-Mountable's do fit a price but at what cost. Sure if you are a bit handy you might get a bargin but maybe pay a bit more and get less stress?

Re: Apollo Demountable
Meant to ask Gary if you are a DIY fan as that might be helpful buying one of these, if it helps all those Apollo seem to develop leaks over time and even the better Ranger/Nomad do sometimes too

Thanks Zildjian, i can do most DIY and my friend is a panel beater so we can get by. What do you think of the Northstar. They look expensive but are they worth the money and do they hold their value?
