What camper
I am currently a motorhome owner but like the idea of a truck/ camper combo. Are there eyropean versions of Arctic Fox? With slideouts and such? Or are thet too heavy for european trucks?

Short answer, No.
Arctic Fox and the like complete with slide outs, nice that they are,
are too big & heavy themselves for European trucks
which is why they are almost always shown on sale with dual rear wheel Chevy and Ford.
So far there hasn't been a demountable marketed for sale in Europe like that.
Tischer, Northstar, Skarosser are each typical sized 'hardside' campers most of which have a floor length designed for crewcab/4 door pickups, we do also see slightly longer floor length campers designed for crew/kingcab trucks
seldom see those designed for single cab use nowadays
