Your MOT tester (out of interest) what did he base his findings on?kernowjon wrote: ↑March 9th, 2019, 7:02 pmOut of interest I took a look at the MoT advisories - last year 2018 (the now expired MoT) the tester listed the fixing of the camper body as an advisory - unfortunately there was no explanation of what exactly the problem was. In 2013 there is a noter the body is insecure and dangerous to other road users. But to my mind makes a "bit of a lash-up" look very suspect. Added to this the chassis has corrosion issues.
All in all I think the seller is either - an arrogant p**** who takes everyone to be a fool: an eternal optimist: or a comedian!

i am asking since i saw a conversion bolted via bracket to chase rail of a transit it might not have been 'factory' but used M10 bolts and looked solid to me but owner mentioned his MOT had mentioned it as well

"Your MOT tester."
Hi Ogden
I'm going to guess that Jon just looked at the DVLA MOT check history & commented on that?

Yes you are correct I based the comment on the MoT history plus as Rob said it has been up for sale for a while now. Maybe as Ogden said the tester is being pickie - or there are issues. Don't forget there is also a chassis corrosion issue reported.
