Isle of Mull trip

Having got my new to me demountable home from N. Wales, first trip was to the Isle of Mull to watch the targa rally and time trial. Hopefully we will get the proper rally back this year!
Stayed in it five nights, only teething problem was the leisure battery wasn't charging from the truck, bad connection at the plug. Friends were surprised at the space inside, you don't expect it looking at the bed size on a pickup! Very comfortable, I am definitely sold on it.
Thought about spending first night above Dervaig but it was windy so carried on to Tobermory.
After the first night I went for seaside parking, debris in the picture is from the abnormally high tide. Tobermory is quite picturesque.
Actually the whole island is!
After the events I went to my friends farm, Ardalanish, near Bunessan in the Ross of Mull. They have Highland cattle, they are supposed to be black!
And they have Hebridean sheep, the wool is used in their weaving mill to produce tweeds, well worth a visit to see the mill in action. And buy the, very tasty, meat!
There were a lot of people living on Ardalanish before the clearances, a lot of house ruins.
Mull is a beautiful island, well worth visiting for the wildlife and the scenery. And the rally! There are a few proper campsites about the island but they seem to tolerate us in the Leadaig car park during rally time, very handy for the pubs and the distillery!
