L200 tailgate removal

My L200 has the reversing camera/ brake light fitted & there doesn't appear to be an easy way to disconnect them when removing the tailgate. There are 7 wires in the electrical connection of which I presume 2 go to the high level brake light so I assume I need to find a small 7 pin plug to make the tailgate easily removable. Has anyone already done this?
