We are getting closer to the weekend.

Can i suggest someone from the group comes down a days early free of charge so they are here the day everyone arrives , this would allow you to organise yourselves better and arrange everthing for the rest of you , a sort of marshal if you like.

We are already with you for that week,on pitch 8, does that mean we get a discount for helping with the marshalling ?
