Garden open day today for locals, we throw open our gates and collect for air ambulance this year

cut grass and tidied up yesterday so as long as it doesn't rain we are all ready for lunchtime now

Tidy a few loose items of garden furniture away ready for tonights storm
dunno why we have to name our storms like the Americans these days

Expected to wake up to devastation of latest storm too but hasn't cleared over Ireland yet, fingers crossed for later...

I'd hoped to spend some time looking at how to go about making these powered legs work, instead of which I've had the central heating boiler manual out

actually managed to get home and cut the grass (before it got too dark)

Loaded the camper up this afternoon ready for the end of season firework display & 3 nights at Knights campsite, Settle.

(tomorrow) insulating roof space and probably not before time given the cold start the morning

Driving home in the dark already anyway, out with mate collecting pallets later at his workplace for local bonfire this weekend

Large plate full of old-style prawn cocktail for lunch
. Half a bottle of cheap Chablis.
Not much going to done on the camper today
I think a power Nap is called for
