First hang the block and tackle and make sure the chains are out of the way.

Reverse the truck in making sure it's central.

Feed the ratchet straps through the windows at the correct points for weight distribution and hook them on the block and tackle. This can be tricky and sometimes takes a couple of adjustments.

Remove the six J clamps.

Don't forget to disconnect the electrics and secure them out of the way.

Lift the top up and off the truck and drive the truck out.

Take the trailer out from underneath the camper and put it under the suspended top.

Drop the top onto the trailer and store.

This usually takes me about 20 minutes.

That's so clear and easy! Thanks a million, I will set something up so I can do this with the terrifically heavy Leer truck top we have on our F250 pickup.
