You can get the linear bed on the Double cab demountable as an extended option from new & i did see one for sale s/h on Niche's Used section a couple of years ago. In fact i seem to remember someone on the old Forum had ordered a new one to go with a new Ranger Supercab but i can't get any info anymore. Maybe they are a member on this site, anyone?

"Large beds over cab, and now you can choose if you want the bed East to West, left to right the standard way, or North to South, head up the pointy end if you wish, (making getting up in the night easier)."

Just spotted this line in the advert for NSR's latest ebay sale. Seems someones been listening.

Tischer do an upgrade on all their models.

So do S.Karosser

But you have to buy a new Northstar to get one as its a permanent longitudinal bed.

Think there might be a problem with dog falling off the end though,
also I'm not clear on where/how you get on yourself :D

Looks like the same leap up from the side seats. The dog stays on the floor anyway. I don't want anything that smells like that anywhere near me. He can be grim at times.

The centre gap is where you would usually step down in a 'normal' Motorhome, but that would be bit of a drop in our SKarossers!
