Well 2 & 3 defiantly cancel that, having difficulty staying at my dainty 83 kilos at present (down from 95)

Actually there was never a plan to do it myself, might get family and friends round to knock the old one down the its over to contractors which makes it expensive, hence the appeal of a prefab concrete

Mine can't fit in with permitted development due to the narrowness of the plot and the width required so I've also got to go for planning

Yeah Rich,

My quote from a builder was £15k with completion in just 4 weeks. It was certainly hard work but there was a lot of satisfaction too! Being originally a Yorkshireman I enjoyed the cost savings as well!!

Learning to use the 360 slew excavator was fun after two days the controls became intuitive - Jan had a go and so did one of my mates but they didn't spend long enough at the controls to crack it.

is there a base built I didn't really notice when i was there,

Not yet - been buying investment property.

There is concrete there but not a big enough slab so all thats got to go and a new slab laid
