Le French seem to love their Dacias don't they. I spent two weeks hacking through France and 1 in 10 cars were Dacias. They flog them from Renault dealerships

I quite warm to the concept. Far too much tech in modern vehicles, often poorly executed and unreliable. A friend has spent a a fortune fixing his rain sensitive wipers. I have those too...I see rain, I turn on the wipers. Except my tech doesn't cost £400 to fix.
These Dacias are simple basic old tech that just get the job done.

I would have agreed with you up until quite recently, unfortunately their sales network seem unfazed by email enquiries
'book a test drive' (they said)
did that via the email they provided but nothing,

rang them on the Sunday, (we are closed Sunday sorry)

that's a car buying day right there!

Anyway it seems Romania although forward thinking with its own space program (hoyuss) :ugeek:

.....less so with email just yet,

and in any case, nobody knows the resale values yet on their range so I'll vote someone else acts as lab rat and buys them
