Tischer Trail 220 Bathroom Question?

I noticed this on the Sales thread on page 634.

What is it? i don't have a bathroom set up in my De-mountable.

Hi Mike,
I noticed that and wondered as well. I'm pretty sure it's the flush for the toilet (the blue button is standard on Thetford electric flush toilets) but I've never see one fitted to the side of the toilet like that. The small round thing is probably the 'cassette full' LED. These things are usually fitted behind the toilet but I guess, in that it's simply electrical connections, they can be fitted anywhere.

Correct, that's where the 'flush' button and 'full' warning light are situated.

Thank you Martin & Steve

My curiosity is satisfied. Is this a standard fit item in a Tischer? I suppose it doesn't really get in the way too much or restrict the use of the shower, i just didn't realise a loo, gravity? needed an electric flush!

I now wonder what other makes use in their loo set-ups?
