So it arrived today in post, think its about 9/10, looks fairly robust and as a get you home tool will probably do for most here

Multi tool

Has three hex screwdriver bits held in spring loaded compartment, they can either go in end of tool or side of jaw
pliers lock, blade doesn't which is a shame (as it feels quite sharp)

For a tool that you would want to keep with you/in vehicle everyday, for emergencies, the non locking blade is actually a good idea legally, if it did happen to lock then you would have to have a 'good reason' for having it at the very time of being stopped/searched.
If the Officer didn't agree with your particular 'good reason' then it would be down to a court/judge to decide,...if they decide not then you would receive a fine & criminal record at least. :(

Knowing my luck I might/will shut the blade on my fingers in the future with comical results
