Do any S Karosser owners know how to drain the heating fluid from the Alde 3000 wet heating system? I can’t find a drain cock anywhere.

Thanks Peaky. I read the manual but it only mentions how to drain the hot water not the heating fluid. I found an installation guide for the 3020 boiler (later version than 3000, but same should apply I guess). It says:-

The installer should fit one or more drains in the central heating system to allow draining of the HTF (Heat Transmission Fluid). Because the pipes step up and down, some HTF will be left in the system after draining.

... so that implies that Karosser should have added drain cocks in the plumbing.

The fluid is meant to be changed every few years according to my handbook so I thought other owners might have done this

Thanks Zildjian,

I rang a local caravan service guy I have used before to fix my fridge and he gave me the answer. The drain is a pipe that goes through the floor ending with a threaded bung which undoes with an allen key as in the picture. I guess the pipe comes from the underside of the boiler as I can't see any evidence of it in the boiler locker.
