Habitation Service ?

Last winter we had a full habitation service at the local motorhome/campervan dealer. I am wondering if you all get an annual service, do it yourself, do nothing at all or some combination. Let's hear your thoughts.

*Think* they are a good idea though not sure a yearly check is strictly necessary that said if I had someone locally I'd probably use them every couple of years or so.

if they did a fridge check that would be good as non-starters seem to crop up every Spring as we prepare campers for season

Thanks for your comments Zildjian. I'm agree that the cost is probably not justified every year, but perhaps every second or so.

And actually I'm delighted to see this thread didn't go the way of anything gas related elsewhere
suddenly everyone (still doesn't understand gas) but feel compelled instead to post an equally misunderstood disclaimer

my finger was hovering over the 'close thread' button all yesterday
