Knots (difficulty level 9)

In a quiet moment I happened to look out window at work to see this,

in an age of ratchet straps and curtain side trailers I went next door and drew attention to this feat of dexterity in knot tying

to the 'transport' dept who also looked out their window at the spectacle
I think of myself as part of the the dayshift around here :)

(Actually the newspaper is out of sight now) but take my word for it, it was there alright !
