Book it and they will come, 150 miles is pretty central for most but Exford is just down the road for me ( 45 miles) :)

Would be nice to see more than (just your own) on camp-site for a change
oddly the Wing' site is the only place We've ever seen another one

incidentally caddy' I contacted that seller by phone about his VW and He's sending us an image tomorrow so that's a start isn't it

I didn't know anyone's post still needed approving sorry about that, I think once you've made three posts or so it vanishes
but I'll check again now

So in addition this 'jamboree' on the agenda, can we also give some thought to the 'end-of'season' meet & greet at the overland show Stratford on Avon, in September 15'
This is a lovely show especially with those of us into demountable's you walk about and poke nose into all manner of odd camper vehicles while their owners offer suggestions and travel tips from near and (globally) far.

variety of our vehicles would be good, camping for exhibitors of course.
Rich C knows all about show and is there this year.

And an excuse to hook up and pick up a few new members at same time.

What about the peak district,
the other year We spent a day in Ashbourne and it was a lovely looking place, what would everyone think about that,
and perhaps more to the point can someone suggest anywhere appropriate

Its not Cumbria OK,
some of us will need EHU and running water so that rules out a good deal of 'the north'

I'd just like roads, particularly ones without tractors on them... but, you've all gotta eat!
