Did another small update today. Had to fix some temporary wheel arches to the 130 because it needs a new registration (in order to keep low taxes when I mount the camper, stupid dutch laws). With the small platform that was created I could setup a wooden template to check the dimensions of the camper unit.

Read all about it here:

Construction:
I will start by making a frame out of square aluminum tubing. Bottom will be 40x40x3 and the rest mainly 30x30x3mm.
Will be a light frame that is covered by an aluminum skin (2mm bottom / 1.2mm rest) glued with an MS polymer.

The frame will be isolated with 4cm XPS / Styrodur isolation plating glued (a closed cell isolation) and the tubing will be covered with 1 cm isolation to prevent the aluminum from conducting the cold (cold bridge in dutch?0

The interior will be finished with a 3mm wooden layer.

I will try to upload a building plan.
