Just a thought on the insulation side. Rather than use quilt insulation, why don't you use "Cellotex" foil faced foam insulation. 50mm of Cellotex is equal to 100mm of quilt. It'll keep you a lot warmer in the cooler months & hopefully a bit cooler during the summer ;)

We use it for insulating vaulted ceilings on some of the extension's I do the joinery for. It makes a super warm room with only half the thickness of space required.

As you can see from the colour of it I had it lying around. It wasn't really necessary but Dometic suggest keeping the fridge isolated from the living space for efficiency and in case of leaks. I just thought I would stick it in seen as I needed to build up the sides of the cabinet to fit the smaller dimensions of the three way fridge.

Incidentally I have a Waeko Coolmatic two way fridge for sale if anyone wants it.

As I expected, your fridge is too big for the space I have

I can bung details on wildcamping for you if you're not a member

Cheers Rich. I've got a load to sell so I'm going to stick it all on together.
