Very good

Could you nip over and build me a garage out of pallets please as you've got it sussed

Apollos seem to come with a table that can be used inside or out of the camper - apart from ours which as a funky round table on a single central support. Now as I've had to put all the junk we carry on a diet to get it into a smaller truck this isn't on but ebay came to the rescue, caravan table for £12.99 , even if the top is too big I can replace that and use the legs, oh and it was local too so no postage charges

Looks Brilliantly made.

Is the map on the top to prove it doesn't collapse when significant weight is applied?

there I fixed it for you :D

Looks good. The table in our Apollo is a collapsible one with heavy metal legs. It's also too big. If it didn't match the kitchen 'worktop' I'd say it wasn't part of the van at all. Trying to come up with a lighter alternative that doesn't involve screwing a single leg support into the floor.

NSR campers have a fixed rail on the bulkhead beside bed and a corresponding rail on back edge of table, then it has a single leg and this seems to work OK

(better view of fixed rail here)

if you like I can see if there's something readily available from say B&Q you could fix to a simple worktop shaped table you'd only need a folding leg and I know they are on sale on Ebay

This is kind of the idea we're after, although I don't want to block the window. And we want to double the table up to make a step up to the bed. Hoping to use the existing table top and some kind of additional support with hinge... Ideas welcome :)

Ours doesn't block the window, but with its (otherwise centrally located leg) now offset, the table becomes a 'worktop' extension, then slid back centrally to eat off.

I did look into locking it upright at night to prevent unexpected egress during the night if parked on a slope, but instead contrived a nice easy drop-cot side

in terms of a step only the Northstars have a built in step and look good doing it

but they have an 'L' shaped seating layout to achieve it
