Fancy overengineered LED fuses. That's your problem right there.

Worth having. I've recharged my drill batteries while driving and mobile phone when I lost the usb lead but happened to have the 3-pin plug charger.
Not the best use of battery power due to inefficiencies and losses but can get you out of trouble.

I have that very thing. Use it to move trailers etc. I wouldn't trust it for something as heavy as a small tractor. Try mine first before you buy one

You will need marine grade ply if you carry on with the build - understand what a mammoth task that will be.
Not sure where you are but boat builders will point you in the right direction for 3mm marine ply. Many dinghies were skinned in 3mm
