Re: SunTrekker steps

You got to that camper before I could see it haha....I'd already missed it once from the owners who had it before.. Maybe it will be 3rd time lucky when you no longer need it. Seemed like a good honest camper let me know if you ever think of selling in the future. Cheers Jonathan I think you will b...

Re: travelling with dog in the camper

Window on front by bed was historically where Suntrekker's allowed water in (perished rubber seal) so not unlikely it's presently missing has the window aperture been fibreglassed over or can you refit another window? Camera is a good idea, I have one plugs into 12V outlet in camper that I can see ...

Re: travelling with dog in the camper

Amanda P, Thank you for your comprehensive reply. We have just bought what looks like a Suntrekker which is different to all the others. Looking at the photos the window through to the cab seems to have disappeared - not surprising as one side window is not there and the forward facing Luton window ...

travelling with dog in the camper

In the new unit we have bought there is no window cab to camper. Will our dog be OK in the back by himself? I think he'll be fine, afterall he has already clocked up thousands of miles back there. However the other half - she would say "better half" is a bit apprehensive. I did suggest she travels i...

Re: Not demountable but close....NDBC....

"Your MOT tester." Hi Ogden I'm going to guess that Jon just looked at the DVLA MOT check history & commented on that? Mike Yes you are correct I based the comment on the MoT history plus as Rob said it has been up for sale for a while now. Maybe as Ogden said the tester is being pickie - or there ...

Re: Romahome D20

Unlike many other members of this group, we do at present have a van this size (slightly smaller think), the original Romahome demountable built in the 1980s. It is on a 2001 Daihatsu HiJet - the same size engine as the DFSK - 1300cc. Below is what I wrote about the DFSK on the for sale thread. "I d...
