Re: Bonjour from Reading

Welcome to the Forum Vivien

I hope you get your insurance sorted for the Ranger/Tischer outfit, which model have you gone for?

The GMC LHD pickup & self build De-mountable sounds interesting, do you have any photo's of it that you could post?

That said the fit out and internal space is great and certainly worth a punt if in good order 😉 Hi B Quick one for yo...

Re: Too much overhang?

This is a De-mountable camper built for a single cab pick-up BUT it has been fitted to a King/Extra/Super cab. https://i.postimg.cc/BntS3dQW/s-l500-1.jpg Just because it will fit on the load bed of the pick up doesn't mean that it is correct, the center of gravity will be wrong with too much of the ...

Re: Not demountable but close....NDBC....

Hi Jon & Rob Thanks for a bit more info about the Suntrekker history & build, i didn't know about single/double skin build. It's also good to see Forum members making contact with each other & chatting about De-mountables so we all learn more. Are either of you going to be able to make this year's S...

Re: Europe adventure 1995 what truck?

Hi Konrad & Welcome to the DCG Forum https://i.postimg.cc/pX9sCdL5/46507705-1883179611801765-182005196287639552-n.jpg I would say that is only good for a single cab pick up. Have a look at the 'Too much overhang' thread & you will see some other photo's of mis matched combinations. Hope that helps. ...

Re: Not demountable but close....NDBC....

Hi Jon
I did take a second look & yes, there are no side shots. It also dosen't mention being De-mountable either but i thought it a good set-up.
Might it be a Tandy?
