The front turn buckles are a bit awkward to tighten up particularly when one has a LH threaded eye end and the other a RH threaded eye so I have to put them on differently to be able to do the lock nut up.

I am a belt and braces man myself too. Although my build is mainly all aluminium I did use steel self-tapping screws on things like checker plate cladding. I will try rolling it up and hope for the 50mm packer that I need for my camper to standoff will be enough.
