Re: New Member Questions
We are still thinking about the options, and will be visiting a couple of dealers over the next few months.

Demountable Hire
Does anyone know if it is possible to rent a demountable with pickup, as I would like to try one before making a decision whether a purchase is right for us.
If so contact details / website etc would be appreciated.

New Member - Petrol Pickups?

However I am put off by all the recent issues over diesel engine vehicles and the future impact on vehicle second hand values & tax changes etc. I am therefore wondering what members thoughts are regarding petrol engine pickups. I am not awar...

Re: Dismal Demountable Dealer
Hi Steve Thanks for the info. Yes I am pleased that I can expect a better response from Gary & Morag and Golum, and that it sounds as though they offer a better product as I certainly don't want to deal with the Manby dealer again. I have emailed them over the last couple of weeks and both have resp...

Dismal Demountable Dealer
Being new to the demountable scene I have so far discovered three dealers, one in Lincolnshire, one in South Wales and one in Dorset. If there are others I would be grateful for their details. I have decided that over the next few months I will try to visit each dealer; all of them are approximately...

New Member Questions
I am thinking of buying either a demountable or camper van. I like the fact that the demountable has the option of either being offloaded and left separately on a camp site when staying a few nights or alternatively has the option of being left on the vehicle when touring. Clearly camper vans don't ...

New Member Questions
Hi I am new to the demountable camper scene, having dabbled with tents, folding campers & camper vans over the years. I like the flexibility that the demountables seem to offer but have a few questions that I would appreciate views on: 1) Poptops are presumably easier to drive due to the lower centr...
