Re: Spotted (was it you?)

Spotted a Tischer on (I think) a Toyota heading west along the A55 near Conwy on Monday afternoon - we were heading east in our Suntrekker/Toyota.

Re: The video's thread

Finally, a spell recovering from an operation has given me the free time to cut this together:

Re: Spotted (was it you?)

A Tischer on a grey double-cab Isuzu, parked up in a little field just beside the castle in my village: Sheriff Hutton, North Yorkshire!

Is it you??

Simple step (Suntrekker, Hilux)

I built a new and improved step for the back of my Hilux and Suntrekker: OvzRSFJwFM4 (The embedded viewer here cuts the sides off my widescreen video, so click on where it says “YouTube” in the bottom right-hand corner to click through and watch it on YouTube’s website, where you can also see all my...

Re: Spotted (was it you?)

No pictures, but on my walk this morning, not far from Bromyard, I noticed what I think was a Gazelle or Geocamper on a black Mitsubishi parked in a cottage driveway. Anybody here?

(My Suntrekker is currently demounted about a mile away).

Then when...

Re: Insurance & where to get it

I've been insuring with Safeguard for years, as they and NFU were the only insurers I was aware of that would insure demountables properly - until I joined this forum and heard of Campton's. Besides the demountable aspect, I may be a complicated risk because I'm a self-employed wildlife biologist an...

Re: Amanda; Latest video 'Blue Day'

It’s not the upholstery the Suntrekker came with. I had it re-upholstered by one of those companies that advertises in the back of camping magazines, maybe ten years ago now. This fabric was a good choice - it’s lasted well and when it needs a wash, I use laundry detergent and the shower; it comes u...
