Morning Campers ; Both my wife and myself have a Biking background and used to offer a stop over for bikers , garage , spare bed, cup of tea etc . Many thanks for the info , so if I was to bolt 4 eyelets either side of the wheel arches into the bed pan they will be way out of the way of the base sliding past them. off to look under the bed to see what's in the way of my plan .....watch this space ! The great thing about living in rural France ...

Hi Rob , you are almost in the same situation as us . We have been traveling for nearly four years now in our 9 mtr RV , and like you long to get off the beaten track . The RV has been a great' home ' , but we so miss driving down that ickle track towards the sea that the RV plus normal campers cann...

Hi peeps, we had a nightmare picking our Motorhome , now we have decided to down size to a Demountable, the choice seems even bigger !! We have purchased a four door Ford Ranger as a base vehicle.
