Happijac leg

Hi. I've got a problem with one of my Happijac legs. It makes a terrible grating noise and is very slow going up and down. Any suggestions on how to fix or where to get it looked at? I am in Buckinghamshire. Thanks.

Re: Northstar boiler

By valve do you mean gas tap? There are gas taps for the boiler, hob and heater, mine is in cupboard under the hob, is that turned on? I take it all your other gas appliances are working ok?

Re: Northstar boiler

You have to push the knob in on pilot and once lit you turn it to on. Your pilot light is easier to access than mine - that's where I struggle. I use one of t...

Re: Condensation

I have used it in laundry mode to keep camper warm overnight. It did make me cough a bit so maybe the air was too dry but the van was nice and warm in the morning.

Re: Condensation

Hi Bookend Yes, more than happy with it. Left on laundry mode it even warms the van. It does seem to leak a bit though when used with drain hose rather than tank and I can't find out why. I've even put PTFE tape round the outlet before putting on pipe but there is still a puddle overtime. Well worth...

Re: Northstar serial/registration number

Camptons really was the only option Jim to cover both truck and camper, whether they are together as a unit or separate, Camptons cover the lot. I first tried Adrian Flux cos I was with them with my moho and to insure the demountable and truck (it had to be separately) they wanted £2000. I paid £430...
