Re: Happijac leg
http://fotoforum.fr/photos/2015/12/05.39.jpg Hi Has anyone stripped one of these yet ? One of mine failed today . The front jacks were at full stretch as my drive slopes down hill to get the truck out . I started to lower the front and one corner dropped . As I managed to sort of level it again it ...

Re: Our trip
I have a North star .I have been reinforcing my rear mounting points . Mine were 2 10mm coach bolts through the ply floor , what a rubbish setup . The force had pulled them part way through and deformed the plywood . Today I fixed an internal plate 100x350x5mm steel plate . But it is hard to tell ho...

£136 Inc delivery from Netherlands.
£180 eBay UK free delivery
They will weigh up to 1500kg per wheel . There is a cheaper version that will do up to 1000kg per wheel.
I know I will want to do a lot of different loading options to get the best results , which you can't do at a weigh bridge.

Re: Ranger data plate
So I guess when I am fully loaded ,; if I am under weight on the front axle I could fill my front bumper with lead ingots to bring it up to max ? Using the front axle as a fulcrum it would give me more allowance in the back ?
Complicated isn't it ?

Re: Ranger data plate
Hi Gary Thanks for a very full answer . I have found a bit more to play with today , there was 10 litres of water in the tank . My Ranger is a super cab , so I have a bit more room to shove things forward between the 2 axles . I will get airbags on it as soon as I establish the truck is ok , it's 10...

Re: Ranger data plate
Thanks Weigh bride results for an empty camper , no people and 1/2 tank of fuel. Front 780 kg Rear 1600kg Total 2380kg With 2 people may be 2530kg , and I guess most of that would go on the front axle.so that leaves me 220 kg luggage etc ( maybe 120 on the back) Does that make sense . Going back to ...
